Position Summary :
Responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic activities which will promote the physical, psychological, spiritual, and mental well being of patients. Documents patient participation in planned or unplanned activities. Participates in care plan development and / or implementation processes and monitors patients progress in meeting therapeutic activity goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : High School diploma or GED. Certified Nursing Assistant and enrolled in the PADOHNA Registry. Successful Completion of Activity Professionals Program or agreement to complete within one year of hire.
