Overview
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager, you will lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of our e-commerce platform. This role requires a strategic thinker to leverage and enhance the current Magento platform, aligning it with strategic business objectives, optimizing digital sales channels, and driving measurable online growth. Experience with multi-channel distribution systems, such as ChannelAdvisor, is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Lead the end-to-end process of launching a new e-commerce platform, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and project management. Drive enhancements, updates, and optimizations to our existing Magento platform to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Update and maintain business process flows including step by step user guides and training documentation supporting all order processing.
- Manage and optimize product feed channel distribution, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information is delivered to third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, order processing and customer service teams to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and provides excellent user experience.
- Post-Launch Management: Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and user engagement.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies into the platform to drive traffic and sales.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey by managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service processes. Conduct research to uncover trends and customer pain points to form innovative, customer-centric solutions
- Inventory Coordination: Work with the business development vendor team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce) and web development processes.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools to assess performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media integration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
- Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a demonstrated history of building and launching e-commerce platforms.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be considered.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
