Junior High Assistant Girls Soccer Coach position involves assisting the junior high head coach in the overall operation and success of the junior high girls soccer program. Assistance is expected in developing and organizing practices, team management, game preparation, and leading the team through a competitive season. Previous soccer and/or high school or junior high coaching experience preferred. Experience working with student-athletes preferred. The well qualified applicant will possess a strong knowledge of fundamental soccer skills and strategies, team dynamics and a willingness to work within the goals of the CV girls soccer program. The successful candidate will stress character and personal development both on and off the field. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
