Junior High Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach position involves assisting the junior high head coach in the overall operation and success of the junior high girls volleyball program. Assistance is expected in developing and organizing practices, managing the team, preparing for games, and leading the team through a competitive season. Previous playing experience and/or high school or junior high coaching experience preferred. Experience working with student-athletes is preferred. The well-qualified applicant will possess a strong knowledge of fundamental volleyball skills and strategies, team dynamics, and a willingness to work within the goals of the CV Girls Volleyball program. The successful candidate will stress character and personal development both on and off the field. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
