Responsibilities:
- Provides implementation assistance to the project Technical Lead. Implement new client setups or changes to existing partners on the IBM Sterling File Gateway application.
- Manages client communications, meetings, and escalations during implementation period.
- Ability to facilitate multiple client interactions for the project duration.
- Assists with writing technical support documentation for internal and external users.
- Post-implementation work includes troubleshooting connections and file transfer issues.
- Look for opportunities for process improvements as project progresses.
- Preferred College Education, IT Technical Degree, or equal job experience in a technical role.
- IT Technical background
- File Transfer Protocol knowledge (FTPS, SFTP, ect)
- IBM Sterling File Gateway application familiarity
- Expereince with PGP Encryption
- Knowledge of Connect Direct
- Project management
- Ability to coordinate meetings and client outreach
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Documentation of projects and processes
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Possess technical writing skills
