Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an FTP Business Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities :
- Provides implementation assistance to the project Technical Lead. Implement new client setups or changes to existing partners on the IBM Sterling File Gateway application.
- Manages client communications, meetings, and escalations during implementation period.
- Ability to facilitate multiple client interactions for the project duration.
- Assists with writing technical support documentation for internal and external users.
- Post-implementation work includes troubleshooting connections and file transfer issues.
- Look for opportunities for process improvements as project progresses.
