Job Description
The Residential Services Lead plays a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, wellness, and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing daily living assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and wellness
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and services
- Assisting with medication administration, medical procedures, and other healthcare-related tasks
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
