What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer / Windows Engineer position at CONEXIONHR?

Similar to an MDM solution but for laptops – work lives in a company controlled secure enclave installed on the user’s PC or Mac, where all data is encrypted and access is managed.

The role : You will be a member of the team that is responsible for core backend architecture decision and ensures the workflow. Your primary responsibility will be taking part in new features and technologies adoption / monitoring / support.
What you will do :
- Maintain IT systems management tools used by the team.
- Create and roll out new technical solutions through the Dev / QA / Prod pipeline.
- Remediate and mitigate vulnerabilities in a variety of technical products.
- Communicate with third party technical support if needed.
- Take part in NOC monitoring shifts daily.
- Automate the tasks.
- You will document all changes within our Change Management process and Confluence.
- Tracking the projects in Jira.
- You will undergo regular security training.
