The role :
You will be a member of the team responsible for core backend architecture decisions and ensuring workflow, especially related to backup solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in the adoption, monitoring, and support of new features, backup technologies, and other technologies.
What you will do :
- Maintain IT systems management tools used by the team.
- Create and roll out new technical solutions through the dev / qa / prod pipeline.
- Remediate and mitigate vulnerabilities in a variety of technical products.
- Communicate with third party technical support if needed.
- Work with other team members as an on-call engineer 24 / 7 based on the flexible schedule.
- Take part in NOC monitoring shifts daily.
- Automate the tasks.
- You will document all changes within our Change Management process and Confluence.
- Track projects in Jira.
- You will undergo regular security training.
- Implement comprehensive automation strategies across various IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Automate system management tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
- Identify opportunities for automation in existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
What you will bring :
Experience with Windows Failover Clustering.
Some experience with Amazon Web Services : EC2, IAM, Config, CloudWatch, CloudFormation.
Familiarity with Citrix XenApp (Citrix Virtual Apps) for delivering remote applications.
Experience in managing remote application delivery to users via Citrix XenApp, ensuring secure access to centralized applications from various devices.
Understanding of application publishing, user access management, and optimizing performance for remote app users.
