What You'll Do
As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations towards sustained growth and compliance. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, streamline our month-end processes, and uphold the highest standards of tax and regulatory compliance. Leading by example, you'll guide a dedicated team of accounting professionals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and championing strategic financial initiatives that drive our organization forward.
- Financial Oversight and Compliance - Lead the reconciliation of financial statements to maintain their integrity and accuracy. Monitor compliance with standardized accounting frameworks to ensure less than 15% failure rate in internal audits.
- Reporting and Analysis - Expedite the month-end closing process, aiming for completion within 7 days post-month-end. Investigate and resolve any accounting discrepancies or signs of potential fraud, ensuring no material adjustments are needed.
- Tax and Regulatory Adherence - Manage and oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring filings are completed accurately and ahead of deadlines. Guarantee compliance with all statutory requirements, maintaining a record of zero errors in data submissions and filings.
