What You’ll Do

• Ensures all operations procedures are followed safely and effectively, identifies, and recommends needed changes to Manager on the standardized processes for the functional area
• Guide workers in daily operations, and monitors to ensure a high degree of productivity, safety, service, and quality
• Resolves workers relations issues that arise in assigned functional area
• Monitor dock operation to ensure on time delivery of all customer orders with accuracy and quality
• Responsible for safety throughout warehouse floor. Instill “safety first” mindset within group
• Follow warehouse schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed
• Evaluate warehouse needs for daily assignment of duties, adjustment resources as required
• Oversee warehouse sanitation
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance regulations, as well as inventory planning and supply chain management principles
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and implementing cost-saving strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  
  

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements is that you must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds.
