About the Role
As a Budgeting and Forecasting Expert at Conexus Recruiting, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment decisions. You will lead the annual budget planning process, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and capital expenditure planning.
Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management to drive operational improvements and maximize profitability.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify cost drivers and recommend cost reduction strategies. You will partner with operations to understand manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, and work closely with the CFO and Operations to establish cost accounting standards.
Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. Your expertise will enable you to understand business drivers and provide financial support for decision-making.
