Responsibilities :
Lead the company’s annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational targets.
Oversee the preparation, management, and ongoing updates of rolling forecasts to evaluate performance.
Partner with department leaders to develop accurate and actionable financial plans.
Build financial models that guide key business decisions, including investment evaluations and ROI assessments.
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior leadership, focusing on KPIs, revenue trends, expenses, and variances.
Conduct detailed financial analyses to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, profit enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Assess financial performance relative to strategic objectives and industry standards.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives through in-depth financial analysis.
Enhance accuracy in forecasting, streamline reporting processes, and embed financial insights into decision-making workflows.
Support capital-raising efforts by preparing data and financial models for investors and stakeholders.
Develop financial models to track operational metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and churn rates.
Provide financial insights to sales and marketing teams, driving growth in the competitive ransomware protection space.
Monitor cybersecurity trends and evaluate their financial implications on company performance.
Partner with teams across the organization (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D) to offer financial expertise, support initiatives, and achieve financial goals.
Identify and assess financial risks, particularly in the context of cybersecurity investments and challenges.
Improve financial tools and systems to streamline planning and analysis processes.
Implement best practices for modeling, forecasting, and reporting to enhance the FP&A team’s capabilities.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
