Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the financial stewardship of the organization, offering actionable insights during regular leadership meetings through detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Drive the company’s strategic vision by leading the long-term planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Extract critical financial insights and deliver timely data that empowers leadership to take informed actions to propel the business forward.
- Refine and innovate financial planning processes, policies, models, and reporting frameworks to assess and improve business performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc initiatives, such as scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and long-range financial planning, while evaluating the financial implications of business changes and new acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all work adheres to established methods, operational procedures, and business requirements.
- Enforce and maintain department standards, ensuring financial policies and practices are consistently applied across all operations.
- Lead and inspire a team of managers and financial analysts, fostering a culture of growth and development to continuously enhance financial acumen within the department..
