Provide secretarial support to the prosecutors (adult, juvenile) including but not limited to processing legal documents, correspondence, police reports, mail distribution, filing, purchasing of supplies, maintain payroll and prepare monthly and annual statistical reports. Maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
Be promptly at work, maintain a professional appearance and attitude when answering telephone calls and having face-to-face contact with the public; work cooperatively with Tribal prosecution staff, Public safety staff and tribal, federal and state departments / agencies. No engagement with alcohol or illegal substances. Valid diver's license and insurance. Successfully pass the criminal background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
