We are looking to build our Confetti Crew with new team members who love kids, party and PLAY!
We are looking for someone who can work nights, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAY!
Weekends are our busiest time and required for every employee to work a minmum of 3-4 weekends per month. We are closed on Sunday except for private events.
Responsibilities:
- BRING THE FUN!
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with stocking & merchandising inventory
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep our playground and other areas of the business clean
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with children, such as in a daycare or camp setting, is beneficial
- First aid trained or CPR certified is beneficial
- Experience with climbing equipment such as harnesses, carabiners and belays beneficial
Skills:
- Strong public speaking and communication skills (if you are shy, this job will be tough)
- Cash Handling & performing basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Creativity and love of Play

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
