A leading online marketplace for legal services, attracting over 8 million visitors per month is seeking to hire an Account Executive to drive new business revenue. As an Account Executive, you will engage with attorneys and law firms, helping them grow their practices through an industry-leading digital marketing and advertising solutions.
This is a hybrid inside sales position based in Newark, NJ, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and earn high commissions.
Account Executive Responsibilities
- Conduct daily phone and video consultations with attorneys to understand their needs and recommend custom marketing solutions
- Proactively outreach to potential clients through warm leads and outbound calling
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Maintain a portfolio of legal clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maximizing earnings through a competitive commission structure
Account Executive Requirements
- 1 years of sales experience with closing experience
- Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and take feedback well
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or other CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in B2B sales, advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS is a plus.

- Competitive base salary uncapped commissions & Commission Guarantee
- First-year OTE: $70K-$80K, with top performers earning $100K-$120K
- Monthly commission payouts range from $5K - $20K for top closers
