Our company is currently recruiting an Assistant Food Service Director to assist and support the Food Service Director at one of our Food and Nutrition programs in York, PA.

Our ideal Assistant Food Service Directorcandidate will have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks. Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills.

The Assistant Food Service Director Essential Duties:

• Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills required
• Responsible for hiring, scheduling and monitoring payroll within the department
• Versatileleadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
• Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
• Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
• Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
• Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS
