Administrative - Tampa, Florida
Lucent Group is immediately seeking a Front Dest Receptionist/Admin Assist. Full time (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) for the RTMC Sunguide Center, Tampa, FL.
Front Desk Receptionist/Admin. Assistant Position Description
The Receptionist role is located in a secure government building. Prior experience in working with government contracts and/or administrative support services for government entities is desired. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and clients, providing appropriate security access, and maintaining calendars for multiple staff members. In addition to front desk reception responsibilities this role relieves management of clerical, administrative, and business detail as necessary. Performs standard administrative functions such as managing the office files, preparing, reviewing and editing documents, invoicing, billing, maintaining calendars, and coordination of meetings.
Professional appearance and conduct are a requirement for this role. Must pass a state law enforcement background check.

Job duties:
- Answer phones, transfer calls.
- Greet guests and clients
- Provide security access per SOP
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Support monthly invoicing efforts.
- Manage business accounts and perform light bookkeeping.
- Collect and submit expense reports
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and staff
- Interface with various levels of management across organization and with external customers
- Assist with various projects as assigned by RTMC Technical Admin
- Provides/coordinates relief for the Receptionist in their absence
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school degree or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a position of similar requirements.
