Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate staff members or departments.
• Manage and maintain the front office area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members as needed.

Qualifications
