- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide basic information and assistance to visitors regarding the company's services and operations
- Keep records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
