Temporary Office Receptionist $17.50 per hour
Shady Cove, OR
Temporary (1-2 months); Full Time
Culture:
» Busy office environment regularly assisting the public and answering the phones
Daily Workflow:
» Answer incoming phone calls
» Assist people in person & provide friendly customer service
» Collect and provide receipts for monies received for utility payments.
» Other standard office/reception tasks as assigned
We’re Seeking:
» Comfortability answering phones & providing excellent customer service
» Ability to use standard computer programs & web applications
» Experience working with the public in a customer service/office environment required
» Office experience with a utility provider or government municipality preferred
» Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
Schedule:
» Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am - 4pm, 1 hour lunch
