About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a premier sport facility specializing in youth development. This is a hands-on role that requires operational excellence, people management skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
As the Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee Operations: Ensure the facility operates according to established standards, including staffing, scheduling, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Lead the Team: Manage, train, and inspire staff to achieve high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
- Provide Superior Customer Experience: Support team members in delivering top-notch services, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage Aquatics Programs: Train and oversee instructors to provide safe, high-quality instruction and maintain superior pool conditions.
- Drive Sales and Marketing: Provide sales and marketing training for qualified staff to achieve business goals.
- Optimize Retail and Events: Manage retail operations, ensuring the right product mix and pricing, and oversee private events to uphold quality standards.
- Uphold Safety and Compliance: Implement safety procedures, maintain certifications, and ensure adherence to emergency action plans.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Lead employee engagement activities and create a vibrant, supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of management experience. Background in youth sports, coaching, aquatics, or similar fields is a required.
- Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications required (or willingness to obtain). Lifeguard Instructor certification is highly encouraged.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in scheduling and administrative software is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to warm, humid conditions around pool areas.
