Job Title
Environmental Project Coordinator
Main Purpose:
To execute Cleaning and Environmental project work assignments, including project work packs, daily job logs, and job scope. This individual should have attention to detail. Responsible for project safety and quality assurance, procedures, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Supervise and lead the team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively apply company policy and procedures and enforce project standards.
- Ensure project safety and quality assurance procedures and compliance.
- Minimize company exposure and risk on the project(s).
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Plan and stage material and equipment needs to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Have strong knowledge of operations and equipment.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ensure client project satisfaction.
- Complete all required training.
- Participate in Gulf Island's safety program.
- This position requires On Call duty, working nights, weekends, and holidays is a requirement.
- A valid TWIC card is mandatory.

- Lifting: Employees should be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years offshore experience.
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Pass background check.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable Experience/Training:
- TWIC card required.
- Pass T-Huet (Water Survival Training).
- High school diploma or GED.
