Main Purpose :
To execute Cleaning and Environmental project work assignments, which include project work packs, daily job logs and job scope. This individual should have attention to detail. Responsible for project safety and quality assurance, procedures, and compliance.
Essential Functions :
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Supervise and lead the team giving clear direction, guidance and support.
- Supervise day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively applies company policy and procedures and enforces project standards.
- Responsible for project safety and quality assurance procedures and compliance.
- Minimizes company exposure and risk on the project(s).
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure material and equipment needs are appropriately planned and staged before the work to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Strong knowledge of operation and equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ensure clients project satisfaction.
- Complete all required training.
- Participate in Gulf Island safety program.
- This position is On Call, working nights, weekends and holidays is a requirement.
- A valid TWIC card is a Must.

Environmental Conditions :
80 to 90% of the work activities are performed outdoors. Individuals will be required to work in changes of temperature, hot, cold, humid, wet, and dry conditions, dust, mud, etc.
