MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF TITLE EXPERIENCE
Duties
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and legal descriptions
- Prepare title documents such as deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to resolve any title issues
- Conduct property research to verify ownership and legal descriptions
- Assist in escrow functions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
