Compensation Analyst (Sr) Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Assess job positions to ascertain their classification and suitable salary range, utilizing pertinent market survey data and factoring in internal equity.
* Examine and advise on salary placements for new employees, advancements, and market adjustments, in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, under the guidance and approval of the Director of Compensation.
* Take part in salary surveys and analyze data from diverse survey sources to ascertain our internal and external competitiveness.
* Provide assistance during year-end compensation processes, encompassing merit increases and incentives, data audits, communications, and processing.
* Aid in variable pay design, analysis, payment calculation, and budget modeling.
* Lend support to executive compensation projects, such as the administration of long-term incentive plans and equity management tools.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or commensurate experience.
* Three years of experience supporting compensation initiatives, demonstrating a robust comprehension of compensation principles, programs, and practices.
* Comprehensive knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, and research methodologies.
* Competence in Excel, including the creation of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
* Capacity to manage sensitive HR information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities.
* Ability to be present in our Northern, NJ office as needed.
