Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Drive initiatives for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Partner with leadership to design and execute company policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition and Management

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Create and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Performance Management

• Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
• Provide coaching to managers on employee performance and development.
• Facilitate training programs to build leadership and technical skills.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Collaborate with finance to manage compensation strategies and payroll operations.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitive offerings for employees.
• Lead annual compensation review processes.

The pay for this role is 90-95,000
