Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Drive initiatives for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute company policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Provide coaching to managers on employee performance and development.
- Facilitate training programs to build leadership and technical skills.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Collaborate with finance to manage compensation strategies and payroll operations.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitive offerings for employees.
- Lead annual compensation review processes.
The pay for this role is 90-95,000
