Traveling Business Office Manager
Supporting Skilled Nursing Homes in the Boston / Greater Boston Area
Location : Boston, Massachusetts
Shift : Full-Time
Summation Financial Services is seeking a skilled Traveling Business Office Manager to support and optimize the business office operations at our skilled nursing homes in the Boston and Greater Boston area. In this dynamic role, you’ll travel locally to facilities, providing essential training, staffing coverage, and leadership to ensure each facility operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations : Oversee accounts receivable, including billing, monitoring, and collections. Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and / or Director of Finance.
- Supply Management : Ensure supplies are ordered and approved in line with company policies.
- Process Improvement : Assist in adapting and implementing accounting systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
- Operational Support : Step in to perform the duties of the Accounting / Billing Assistant as needed.
