90% recruiting vs. sourcing, data entry, business development, etc.
High six-figure compensation with no cap.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to improve the sourcing strategy by providing feedback.
You will have your sourcing team, so you can focus on hiring.
Strong strategic thinking and the tenacity to connect with passive candidates and build relationships with top performers through in-depth interviews.
Develop close, executive-level relationships with potential hires.

Prove your capacity to operate and recruit on a national scale.
