What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at Confidential Jobs?
We are looking for a full-time “Construction Manager” with NYCDEP experience to manage related staff and projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing CM Projects and Staff, ensuring compliance with schedule and budget goals.
- Conducting/attending site visits and ensuring CM team high-quality performance and assisting with resolving any issues, if/as needed.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all assigned projects.
- Ensuring professional relationship with clients and their full satisfaction of the company’s performance.
- Providing progress updates and keeping project documentation accurate.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- New York PE License
- 15 years’ CM experience in similar projects.
- Familiarity and experience with NYCDEP projects
- Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills, working in a professional manner to deliver tasks/projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, and/or other related fields.
- NJ and other States PE.
Estimated Annual Compensation:
$140,000- $230,000 based on experience and performance.
