Job Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting with compliance in HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Supporting payroll preparation by collecting and verifying time and attendance data.
- Assisting in benefits enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
- Recruitment Support:
- Posting job ads and assisting with screening resumes.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Relations:
- Serving as a point of contact for general HR questions.
- Assisting with conflict resolution or escalation to higher HR roles when necessary.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Preparing reports for audits or internal reviews.
Job Requirements:
