This senior accounting role is responsible for the full range of accounting processes and financial reporting for a blended portfolio in commercial real estate, development, and related investments.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial review and analysis
  • GL entries, cash posting and reconciliation
  • Month-end, quarter-end reporting
  • Debt compliance reports
  • Assist with annual tax and audit cycle


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or similar
  • 5 years in full cycle commercial real estate accounting
  • MRI software proficiency is required
  • High level Excel proficiency

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
