ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, support, and execute a complex sales process (multiple stakeholder).
- Build clinical, administrative and physician support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and Quantra demos.
- Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the Quantra within an assigned sales territory.
- Effectively manage the transition of initial sale; quarterbacking installation, validation and driving procedural volume and growth through clinical & customer support team members.
- Achieve quarterly / annual sales targets.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Acute Patient Blood Management.
- Develop and present an economic case to key stakeholders for Quantra purchase.
- Oversee all communications and administrative follow-up to own the customer experience end to end (with support of the clinical and customer support teams).
- Ensure adherence to Company policies & procedures (e.g., Quality, Finance etc.)
