Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal, located in Coral Gables, FL. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and maintaining effective communication with clients and legal professionals. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting legal documents, managing legal files, and assisting attorneys during trials and hearings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication and Research skills
- Experience in Document Review
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certification (e.g., NALA or NFPA) is a plus
