- As a strategic and results driven leader, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial insurance producers to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional growth, learning, and collaboration within the team.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance producer's product knowledge, sales skills, and market strategies.
- Coach and mentor the team to register improved metrics in areas of production, servicing, and retention.
- Oversee policy revisions, including regulatory requirements and make recommendations to keep up with best practices for compliance.
