What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing wholesale sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. Provide clear direction, coaching, and strategic guidance to major and specialty account executives to ensure alignment with brand goals and sales targets.
- Own seasonal sales strategies and campaigns across wholesale channels
- Build and grow relationships with top department stores, specialty retailers & e-comm partners
- Lead market appointments, contract negotiations, and account strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and ops to deliver a seamless wholesale experience
- Analyze data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimize performance
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years in wholesale sales, with deep experience in the intimate apparel industry
- Strategic leadership experience with a track record of hitting multimillion-dollar targets
- Strong knowledge of the North American retail landscape
- A natural relationship builder and persuasive negotiator
- Analytical, agile, and collaborative — with a passion for brand storytelling
- Proficiency in Excel, NuORDER, and BI tools
