Job Summary
This is an administrative office position for a growing organization. Work 5-6 hours per day Monday - Friday (hours may increase to full-time for the right candidate). This is a perfect position for someone willing to grow with the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phones - communicating with customers and employees,
Scheduling appointments and calendar management
Customer Follow-up and Contact Database Management
Sending out Monthy Statements to Customers and following up on delinquent accounts
Managing Forms (paper and electronic)
Filing, organizing, and other general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Duties and responsibilites may increase with flow of business or as additional coverage is needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Responsible team player
Professionalism, customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette
Quick Learner and able to take initiative
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Computer skills are a must, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, social media platforms, Adobe, QuickBooks experience is a plus, and the ability to learn other web-based programs sufficiently is a plus.
High School Graduate/ GED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
