Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Floor Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. As the Hospitality Floor Manager, you will lead the team, manage the guest service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations in a high-energy environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth front-of-house service, working closely with the General Manager and Management team.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise front desk, ensuring high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, resolve complaints swiftly and ensure that any guest dissatisfaction is turned into a positive experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of the venue to ensure cleanliness, proper presentation, and the overall ambiance.
- Perform other duties as necessary to ensure optimal service and operational efficiency.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and guest expectations.
- Knowledge of computers and POS systems and various hospitality management software.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service and fostering memorable guest experiences.
- Must have a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to frequently move about the property, climbing stairs, and performing tasks across various areas.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, depending on experience.
