We are a full-service branding and marketing agency based in Southern Maine.
We’re currently looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our growing team.
The Account Executive delivers strategically planned and executed marketing communications programs for assigned accounts. Responsibilities for this role will focus on project management throughout the strategic, creative, production, and analysis cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, brand guidelines, competitors, and industries
- Act as a liaison between the client and agency teams
- Clearly communicate client needs and requests to agency teams
- Participate in day-to-day project management and client meetings
- Prepare and update project/creative briefs, timelines, status reports, presentations, and other supporting materials
- Organize and maintain project files on a shared server and within project management tools
- Effectively contribute to client and agency meetings (e.g., status meetings, project kickoffs, creative presentations, analytics reporting, etc.)
- Review and present agency deliverables to clients
- Initiate project setup across our suite of tools and resources
- Coordinate agency resources to meet client deadlines while balancing staff workloads
- Keep senior management briefed on account activities
- Handle other duties as designated by senior staff and agency management
Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Level-headed and positive under pressure
- Naturally curious and highly proactive, with a passion for learning new skills
- Ability to gather information and problem-solve
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Apps skills. Asana experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of account or project management experience in the advertising/marketing industry; agency experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Experience in the field of energy efficiency is a strong plus
