Accounting & Administrative Coordinator
An established family-owned private company is seeking an experienced Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support financial operations and general office functions. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Support – Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record-keeping.
- Payroll & Compliance Assistance – Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Shipping & Logistics Coordination – Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, verify order accuracy, and ensure timely deliveries to our employees.
- Administrative & Operational Support – Maintain organized financial records, assist with data entry, and support general office functions as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with accounting, HR, and operations teams to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- System Management & Reporting – Utilize NetSuite and Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience – 2 years in accounting, finance, or administrative roles. Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of Excel and other accounting software is essential.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability – A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality – Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and internal processes.
- Work Environment – Must be comfortable working full-time on-site at our Boynton Beach office.
