Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

An established family-owned private company is seeking an experienced Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support financial operations and general office functions. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Due to the confidential nature of this search, additional details will be shared with selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Financial Support – Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record-keeping.
  • Payroll & Compliance Assistance – Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Shipping & Logistics Coordination – Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, verify order accuracy, and ensure timely deliveries to our employees.
  • Administrative & Operational Support – Maintain organized financial records, assist with data entry, and support general office functions as needed.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with accounting, HR, and operations teams to improve processes and streamline workflows.
  • System Management & Reporting – Utilize NetSuite and Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience – 2 years in accounting, finance, or administrative roles. Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of Excel and other accounting software is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability – A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
  • Professionalism & Confidentiality – Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and internal processes.
  • Work Environment – Must be comfortable working full-time on-site at our Boynton Beach office.
