What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Confidential?
Account payable individual needed for a Baltimore County Contractor with a strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and job costing ability and who is willing to work with our accounting team. Minimum of 5 years experience and willing to learn.
Duties to include by not limited to the following:
* Basic Administration duties to include answer phones, typing, filing, etc.
* Detailed oriented and accuracy in data entry
* Proficient in MiscroSoft word and Excel
* Match, review code and and process invoices in a timely manner
* Reconcile invoices with vendor statements
* Knowledge of Credit Card Reconciliations
* Verify quotes with vendor invoices
* Process Credit Applications
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced office setting
* This is a full time position with a negotiable salary depending on experience.
