Key Responsibilities :
Process and manage dealer funding for subsidiaries and independent dealers.
Code, scan, and verify invoices and customer refunds with precision.
Execute batch payment processing and ensure timely completion.
Collaborate on vendor setups and maintain the Accounts Payable Inbox.
Communicate with suppliers, employees, and subsidiaries to address payment inquiries.
Reconcile General Ledger accounts linked to Accounts Payable operations.
Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of relevant experience or a recent graduate with an Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work under pressure and commit to mandatory overtime during month-end closings.
