Customer Service Specialist/ Office Admin
We are a growing company looking for the right individual to make this position their own. This person should be customer centric, have accountability for one's self, work and time management, and be team-oriented.
Salary: $18-21
Hours: Full Time 8 hour shift

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service
- 1 year of De-Escalation
- 1 year of office/admin/data entry
- Typing a minimum of 32 words per minute with a 98% accuracy rate
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be detailed oriented
Recommended skills:
- Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in an assertive manner
- The desire and ability to work independently and manage a workload that contains time-sensitive tasks, which means you’ll also have to manage and prioritize problems effectively
- 2 or more years of customer service, collections, or accounting experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including outlook, word, and excel
Full Job Description: Customer Service Specialist/ Office Admin
- Serve as the primary point of contact, field and respond to customer calls, text and emails efficiently; proactively. Clearly notate customers' accounts after interactions of any kind.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to provide the highest standard of customer service.
- Update and maintain customer files as information is received from the customer, manufacturer, sales team, and other departments within the organization.
- Assist customers with periodic updates on the status of their order including but not limited to installation and product updates.
- Clarify, diagnose and resolve/ de-escalation customer service issues - via phone, text or email.
- Complete customer install confirmation calls, processing payments, evaluating appropriate review link and update customer files accurately.
- Collections
- Be able to address an email or envelope to send out warranties
- Computer knowledge, attention to details and time management awareness; ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to keep cool under pressure; be able to de-escalate and not be reactive
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high intensity office environment
