Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. Willingness to learn new programs/procedures and having a strong background in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible. The ability to perform quality control individually and for others is crucial.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, document/project preparation, bookkeeping and correspondence management.
- Support the team with various administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
- Utilize Microsoft applications to create documents and spreadsheets.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
