We are a fast-paced, detail-oriented law firm in Monmouth County, NJ, seeking an experienced attorney to join our foreclosure department. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. This is an in-office position with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to foreclosure and transactional law.
- Investigate case facts to support legal negotiations and dispute resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
- Prepare legal correspondences and formal documents, including data input.
- Review and negotiate title work and ensure accuracy of entity documents, purchase contracts, and other transactional materials.
Qualifications:
- JD required; must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in foreclosure or transactional law.
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with applicable legal processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliability, commitment, and ability to meet deadlines.
