Duties

- Negotiate contracts with lenders and vendors to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Process loans efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance client interactions and satisfaction.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support automotive sales initiatives through effective financing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including TILA guidelines.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive sales or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures and regulations.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to foster strong client connections.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
