Montgomery County Developer seeking individual who is experienced with computerized systems and software applications (QuickBooks, Excel, Word) to play a crucial role in providing day to day support to ensure a smooth operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, has excellent communication skills and doesn't mind a one-person office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to performing general administrative & bookkeeping tasks such as preparing spreadsheets & word documents, copying, scanning, maintaining files, processing accounts payable & receivables, printing checks, run reports, maintain records of financial transactions, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, strong organizational skills, must be reliable and have experience with Office & Quickbooks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
