What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant position at Confidential?
Reports to Owner.
Performs general ledger postings, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, property and business insurance coverages, business correspondence, travel plans, and appointment scheduling.
Posts customer invoicing and receipts; vendor payments.
Dependable, detail oriented, and highly organized.
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office required.
Maintains privacy and confidentiality of information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
