Revive Care is a mobile wound care company and we are seeking an Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper who will assist the Controller with the financial processing of transactions for the company. Duties include daily bookkeeping and recordkeeping, financial reporting and preparation of tax records for financial audits and assist with invoicing and billing.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with preparing financial statements.
- Handle the daily financial transactions such as paying vendors and receiving money from clients.
- Keep complete and accurate records of all financial transactions in a systematic manner.
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
- Assist with the reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Assist with the filing of quarterly tax returns.
- Ensure that financial records are in order and can be easily accessed.
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance and record entries.
